Practice The Steps

  1.  Decide What and Why

    1. What would you ask for if you knew the answer would be YES!?

      1. WHAT is it?

      2. WHY do you want it?

      3. What will it allow you to do?

      4. How will it make you feel?

  1. Notice and Change limiting beliefs

    1.  Refer to last week's homework for help! 

  1. Believe

    1. Stay present in the new thought/belief.

    2. Continue to change the limiting beliefs

    3. SEE yourself in the future, having completed/achieved/gained the thing

      1. FEEL the feelings of it already happening

    4. Release it--don’t try to control it.

Affirmations:

✨ I am worthy of all my desires and they are a gift from God

✨ I am enough and I have more than enough

✨ Everything I want is already mine

✨ It’s this or something better
