✨ Limiting Beliefs
What belief am I choosing to believe that is no longer serving me?
What will happen if I continue to believe this lie I am telling myself?
What could I believe instead?
How will this new belief serve me?
✨ Success
What is my definition of success?
What am I willing to change to reach the level of success I desire?
What am I unwilling to change?
What is something I can do NOW?
✨ Shaking Negative feelings
How am I feeling?
What can I learn from this current state?
How do I want to feel instead?
What resources do I have to help me feel the way I want to feel?
List your Limiting Beliefs
When you think about your version of success, what comes up that tells you can’t have it? Make a list of EVERY belief that you come up with.
Step 1: Make list
Step 2: Process what comes up. Is it ultimately true? Tell the new story. Accept what made you feel this way, see it, heal it, but move through it. It's not a place you need to stay in long because that is a piece of your past, and while it helped shape you, it's not who you are. You are not your limiting beliefs.
Step 3: See it differently. Write “I am willing to see things differently”
Step 4: Write a new story. Write new beliefs.
Affirmations:
✨ My limiting beliefs are here to serve and help me
✨ My limiting beliefs are opportunity to show me what I need to work on
✨ My Limiting beliefs don’t define me
✨ I fully and completely love and trust myself
Write your own Affirmations:
Taking your limiting beliefs, write new beliefs. Make those into affirmations. These are your new affirmations to help you clear the limiting beliefs.
Ex: I have to work hard for my money
Is this true? No, not really. Lots of people work only a few hours and make a lot of money. I have these beliefs because of the things I have seen in my family. But, I am willing to see things differently.
Money comes easily and effortlessly to me → this is your new affirmation!
