From boundaries to policies to contracts, make sure you're covered and setting the right tone with your clients. Module three: MARKETING & CONSULTATIONS
You can't grow your business without clients. Learn the different ways you can reach clients, plus we'll cover hot topics like if you should use resources like The Knot and Wedding Wire, Influencers, and planners.
Plus: Consultations? Love them? Hate them? We understand both sides. we'll talk about ditching them altogether and, on the flip side, how to master them to book clients and by asking the right questions.
Module Four: WORKING WITH CLIENTS (INSPIRATION TO ISSUES)
Design Difficulties, Invitation Issues, and copycats. We've been there. From being threatened with lawsuits to threatening with lawsuits (YIKES), we've seen it all. What happens when things get serious, how to protect yourself, and how to avoid situations like this, we'll chat about it. Please note, this is not legal advice as we are not lawyers, but from one business owner to another, we can help you set boundaries and expectations to help.

How to start a semi-custom line and how to find your unique custom style. It doesn't matter which you do now; we'll talk about the pros, cons, and comparisons for both. We’re asking the hard questions about your goals to help you evaluate what you really should be doing.

Ah, the good ol' post office. We love to support them, but sometimes it's not as easy as you think it would be. When you start adding calligraphy, wax seals, bulky items, and vintage postage, things get WEIRD. Envelopes are a part of the process, are they part of your process?
