Creating Confidence:
What makes you qualified?
Make a list of EVERYTHING that could make you qualified to do something. Here is an example for me:
“I am qualified to be a coach because: I have 130+ hours of experience. I have a degree in entrepreneurship, a minor in management, and a minor in marketing. I have experience and have won awards for my work as an advisor for my sorority. I am certified in Life and success coaching, EFT, NLP, Hypnosis, and Time Techniques. I have started and run 3 businesses. I have reached the goals my client want to reach. I’m apart of a group that helps coaches, so I am supported. I am experienced in adobe applications, Etsy, Pinterest, Excel, and other apps that helps me help my clients. My personal experiences. My best friends are therapists so I have support from them when I need it too. I took a lot of psychology classes in college. I continue my education with free and paid trainings on a regular basis. I have invested time and money in many courses to help me better understand money, the mind, limiting beliefs, coaching, consulting, sales, etc.”
PHEW. so you can see that even the little things like the apps I use, make me qualified. List these out as many as you can and refer back to them!
Changing the Roles that you play
What role are you playing in your life?
What kind of friend, daughter, sister, mother, partner, client, boss, etc. are you?
Do these role feel limiting? Are these the roles that you want to continue playing?
Do the people in your life ACTUALLY need you to play this role? What do they need? How can you show up as that instead?
How can you Bridge the gap between who you want to me and the role that you play now?
How would it feel to step into the most epic next level role that you want?
Quantum Leaping
What do you want? When you look back at the work you’ve done over the weeks to identify this, what’s missing right now for you to get from where you are now, to where you want to be?
What can you do TODAY to help get you there faster.
Action is important, but visualizing, thinking, praying, manifesting, and feeling the feelings of the thing that you want can help get you there faster too.
