What you need to include:

Care instructions
Every detail matters. People only give you a few seconds to catch their attention before they click away. Your description and pictures need to answer all questions before they’re even asked

Next, make sure your auto response is ready to go. When questions come in, buyers should get an instant answer — even if you’re out of the office.
